On June 11th, the Heritage Hill Environmental Club partnered with the City of Grand Rapids Office of Emergency Management to host an Emergency Preparedness Information & Listening Session at Cornerstone Church.
As a follow-up to that event, we are asking for your feedback on: The social cohesion in our neighborhood, which is a key factor in community resilience; The levels of personal emergency preparedness in our neighborhood; How and to what extent our residents have experience or expertise in emergency response; and the type of support most needed by our community when localized crises strike.
