Step inside history during the 58th Annual Heritage Hill Tour of Homes in Grand Rapids. Explore stunning architecture, beautifully preserved homes, and the stories that make Heritage Hill one of the nation’s most celebrated historic neighborhoods.
This year’s tour includes 12 remarkable sites, including:
- Voigt House Mansion – Victorian elegance with original furnishings
- Meyer May House – Prairie School masterpiece
- Gerald R. Ford Boyhood Home – Childhood home of the 38th President
… and 9 more sites showcasing architecture, craftsmanship, and preservation stories.

Weekend Access: Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm – visit the sites at your own pace! There will also be free shuttle transportation from parking locations, and new refreshment pop up – Cafe Le Tour – on College avenue. (Think coffee & drinks, snacks and more from local vendors!) Event occurs rain or shine.
Home Tour is the largest fundraiser of the Heritage Hill Association. It is also the biggest promotional effort of our neighborhood and a showcase for the benefits of historic preservation. Over 100 volunteers contribute to make the weekend a success. All proceeds go right back into programs for the Heritage Hill neighborhood.

Join us for an exclusive Friday evening VIP preview on May 15, 2026, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
VIP guests enjoy:
- Exclusive preview of 5 select sites including the Voight House Mansion
- Private reception at the Stonecastle Dentistry house including hors d’oeuvres, and two complimentary cocktails
- Live music by Grand Rapids Symphony musicians
- Special surprises!
VIP tickets are also valid for full weekend access to all 13 sites.

Giving back: $2 from each general ticket, and $25 from each VIP ticket, and a portion of Cafe profits will be donated to Addie’s Pantry.
