Land Use Updates – 74 Lafayette NE (McCabe Marlowe House) & 547 Cherry St. SE (Oakwood Manor)
McCabe Marlowe House: The Planning Commission approved the use of limited outpatient counseling, support services for existing treatment facility with extensive, restrictive conditions. Oakwood Manor: The Board of Zoning Appeals approved the application for the restaurant (west side) and the fitness center (east side), with restrictive conditions. As of December, 2017: There has been a change of restaurants for the Oakwood Manor. We will have details as they become available. Any new restaurant will be obligated to the what the Zoning Appeals Board approved.
