Heritage Hill neighborhood boundaries are as follows below. The Heritage Hill Historic District also includes the 600 block of Union SE. A bit confusing but the block of Union was added to the historic district per petition of the owners in early 1990.
North: Southern property lines of Michigan Street.
South: Southern property line of Pleasant SE.
East: Eastern property lines of Union Avenue.
West: West property lines of Lafayette. Includes a jog on Jefferson Avenue between State and Fulton Streets.
There is easy highway access to Heritage Hill from I-196 (south at College Avenue exit) or US 131 (east from Wealthy Street exit).
