The Heritage Hill Association has explored Residential Permit Parking with neighbors in the north end of the neighborhood twice in the last 20 years. Each time a majority of neighbors rejected the idea. It has been about 8 years since last we raised this issue. Now that there is a City ordinance allowing the establishment of residential permit parking, several neighbors have expressed support for a permit zone. The link below is a brief outline of what permit parking is and what it will take to establish permit parking.
